We create vibrant homes and work closely with real estate owners, developers and investors to build sustainable coliving properties. We work with existing single family homes, multiple unit residential buildings, and both renovation and new build construction. We are experienced in the development business with zoning, permitting and development procedures.
Millennials and Gen-X represent nearly 50% of the rental market. We’re growing the first global network of coliving communities designed specifically to meet their needs.
Coliving is rental based and offers multiple incentives to other forms of rental housing. Our model provides stable tenure and outperforms traditional rental with significant downside protection.

Local Municipalities
We believe building community starts locally. The city of Vancouver has pledged to see 100,000 new rental houses built in the next decade. This shift towards affordable housing has put innovative rental projects in focus and includes the possibilities of fast-tracking projects and providing density bonuses for rental projects.
Housing that supports and can be supported by the local community and economy is what Fiber Coliving is about. We work with local municipalities to create meaningful projects that are culturally and environmentally sustainable and look beyond meeting goals but to exceeding them.

Advocacy
We believe coliving has a greater role to play in cities. Combined with an agile start-up mentality, we connect with municipalities, developers, and end-users to address local needs.
Community
Establishing and supporting the needs of a community takes ongoing care. We spent over a year developing and living in Sweden’s first coliving house so we understand what works and what doesn’t.
Management
We provide turnkey coliving and manage all aspects of the business. We handle leasing, repairs & maintenance, customer service, and maintain partnerships that serve the community.
Design
Creative space design and utilization is central to Fiber. We have in-house architecture and interior design staff for development, renovations, and new builds. We know where its essential to spend and where its not.
